Refund Policy

All events are private. All Summer Heat guests must book through the official Summer Heat Travel agent listed or through the SummerHeats.com website.  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.  Summer Heat and its agent does not accept third party credit/debit cards.  Typing  of names on the reservation form on SummerHeats.com will serve as a legal signature and will uphold in a court of law.
